Master authentic regional recipes in the comfort of your own Tuscan rental property.
Justine & Beatrice offer relaxed and informative classes covering fundamental principles and techniques that offer a genuine insight into the world renowned cuisine of Central Italy. All classes culminate in a 4-course Tuscan feast where you may sample all of the delicious dishes you have prepared. Morning classes conclude with lunch served around 1 p.m. and afternoon classes with dinner at approximately 7:30 p.m.*
Hands-on Classes
Active participation is encouraged in all classes and there is ample opportunity for questions in order to fully understand the philosophy behind this world-famous Mediterranean cuisine.
Justine and her Italian assistant Beatrice naturally arrive with all the necessary ingredients and equipment for the selected dishes and depart leaving your kitchen in order.
Seasonal Menus
Participants may select their preferred dishes from our seasonal and other specialty menus that offer a range of options for each of the 4 courses. As some dishes require a lengthier preparation time, on occasion Justine may suggest an alternative for one of the courses.
Dishes from a particular menu or personal favourites may be incorporated as substitution for a dish in your selected menu, subject to the availability of seasonal produce and the collective preparation time.

Local Markets
The class may commence with an excursion to the local market with Justine to purchase the necessary produce, a less extensive menu compensating for the time spent shopping.

All participants receive a printed copy of each recipe prepared during the class.

EUR 300 for 2 people
EUR 375 for 3 people
EUR 400 for 4 people
EUR 450 for 5/6 people*
Class rates are based on the collective preparation time, travel and conducting of the class, thus the rate per person is much more convenient for larger groups.
* Justine and Beatrice usually depart as you commence your lunch or dinner. However, should your group wish service of the 4 course meal as well as a full clean up, this is possible at an additional rate of € 35 per hour.
