Justine moved to Tuscany 14 years ago after the establishment and management along with Florentine husband of two highly successful Italian restaurants in the South Island of New Zealand. Since 1995 she has furthered her in-depth knowledge of the Tuscan cuisine with influence from bordering regions. In 2007 Justine completed studies in Arezzo to become a fully certified caterer
Beatrice, from the medieval hilltop town of Anghiari, is also fully qualified with an Italian hospitality diploma and has her own range of speciality dishes including her grandmother’s recipe for fresh tagliatelle with a variety of tasty local pasta sauces
Authentic Tuscan Menus
Their combined repertoire of recipes incorporate traditional dishes with the focus on providing very authentic Tuscan cuisine using only the best and freshest of ingredients. Each menu offers a variety of options for the 4 courses and where possible a personal favourite or a dish from another menu may be incorporated.
Indicative Rates
Justine and Beatrice cater for groups of up to 24 guests with rates based on the number of guests and the selected dishes. Charges from EUR 35 – 85 per person.
Personal chef
An alternative option is available for smaller groups requiring simpler and more economical in house cooking services. A personal chef may be arranged at an hourly rate of EUR 30 plus the cost of the ingredients. Minimum charge 4 hours including shopping and travel.
Services in Umbria
